I haven’t written in a while; just thought I should go on and do it already. Oh well, this happened after searching for a pen for over a minute ๐Ÿ˜‚…I do believe a plain A4 paper and a pen are the best things that happened since ‘haribo‘!
Yes see, I found a strand of inspiration from this new Gospel playlist I created ๐Ÿ‘…Added the LAFamily theme song to it today ( ) Oh my God! I must say ‘the song is beautiful!’ ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
In other news, it’s finally sinking that the year has been amazing; you know how everything feels perfect in retrospect? The moment when you connect the events and realise ‘all indeed went well‘. I went a little into the past to connect these dots and you won’t believe the miracle I realised from ‘goal setting’.

The Journey

Goal setting…Yeah, I said it! Oh no, by the way, this post is not about an event coming up or something (that time will come again) by God’s grace ๐Ÿ˜„. This post is about the book I stumbled upon in 2013, ‘Chicken soup for the Christian soul’. The dreamer in me gave the encouragement to follow an extract in setting ‘actualisation goals’.
Extract from page 115 from my reading…
“I x V = R Principle. (Imagination mixed with Vividness becomes Reality.)

Decide what it is that you want in every area of your life. Imagine it vividly. Then act on your desires by actually constructing your personal goal book. Convert your ideas into concrete realities through this simple exercise. There are no impossible dreams. And, remember, God has promised to give His children the desires of their heart.

The exercise is getting pictures of your goals and putting them  in the goal book.”

Some Chicken Soup

Then I began writing…Had life goals written down, then ‘yearly’ goals across various life areas. All I remember doing was ‘extracting and building on my goals yearly’.

Today, I looked through my 2015 goals and saw a goal that I’m currently living out!…although, I don’t remember when I wrote down that goal, or how it became a goal in the first place. You see, at that time I wrote my goals, that situation was not yet feasible; in simple terms ‘it didn’t make sense at that time’.
You can imagine how you are like ‘let me just write down this goal, it’s more of a wish than a plan…I can’t make it happen by strategising and all, but I expect a miracle!’

And that’s what I got, a miracle ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ฏ It goes to say at this point, there is definitely a stroke of faith in goal-setting.

The moment you begin to live your dreams from plans made per time, you would realise it could only happen via events orchestrated by the Almighty God. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘

It’s simply divine!

Henry David Thoreau said this

How can you do this?

“Plan your way into living your dreams via purposeful goal-setting.”

Awwwww. Thanks love. I can totally imagine many more miracles to come ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ™ by God’s grace.
I have a question though, what did you do about certain goals that didn’t crystallise within a particular time frame (say, a year)?
      Thanks for stopping by Dear.
