Bask in my talents,
Exercise spiritually,
Maintain my journal,
Keep my dreams alive,
Stay in love with family,
Build adequate capacity,
Pray for friends and helpers,
Maintain relationships😃,
Take action in the now💃,
Plan for the future,
I sure feel Alive,
And I know it.
Wait for it!

So, inbetween having a knee sprain and getting over the pain, I found this Poem.
It reminded me to smile…Knowing it is well
